• Provided project support throughout the 3D deliverable design development process for the Back to School '24 table fixture rolled out to hundreds of stores globally. This included: project development planning, budgets, estimates, timelines, supplier engagement/management, engineering drawing reviews, production reviews and presentations.  

• Close collaboration with the following internal teams: Design, Producer, Operations, Finance, Corporate Procurement, and Legal

• Ambassador for the 3D Production Team; established and maintained trust and productive relationships with external vendors, and internal cross-functional agency and supply partners.
