• As a client-facing Sr. PM, I developed scopes of work, outlined resource requirements, built out/managed 8-figure budgets, and outlined internal schedules according to the clients’ milestones.

• Oversaw and led Junior PMs, Production Project Managers and Project Coordinators providing project guidance and direction.

• Led weekly internal syncs with relevant departments (Design, Design Engineering, Fabrication & Finishing) throughout project lifecycle
