CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER // FARMBOY FINE ARTS

PROJECT BRIEF:

Provide artwork for a new 500,000+ sq ft resort in Big Sky, specifically in the Lobby, Public Areas, Spa (22,000 sq. ft.) 139 Guestrooms, Suites and Residences

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Established Project Scope and Budget: Worked closely alongside Creative Director to analyze CAD drawings and mark up elevations with suggested placement of artworks.

• Managed all aspects of the project up until DD completion including: creating schedules, budgets, monthly invoicing, arranging internal review meetings/external client calls, and was the primary point of contact for the client.

• Commissioned photography, negotiated licensing deal with photographer.

• This project included the Concept and Design Development of a Montage-Big-Sky-Specific catalog that presented condo owners with a range of artworks in various styles, mediums and price points to purchase directly through Farmboy for their residence. I oversaw the entire development process of this catalog.
