Research, Design, Produce and Install new artwork throughout the club level suites and hallways

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Established Project Scope and received Budget Approval

• Team Leadership: Led Project Kickoff, Concept Development and Design Development phases, Production with various vendors and arranged delivery logistics for the project.

• Managed all client communication and expectations effectively: Project delivered on time and within budget

• Vendor management: image licensing, print production, framing, transportation logistics and installation.
