PROJECT BRIEF:

Provide artwork for 400 guestroom suites in conjunction with hotel renovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Established Project Scope and budget

• Led Project Kickoff, Concept Development and Design Development phases

• Managed all client communication and expectations effectively

• Vendor management including: image licensing, print production, framing, transportation logistics and installation.

• Against all odds in the middle of COVID I problem-solved solutions to print, frame, ship and install 2,000+ large-scale fine art photography pieces (despite supply chain restrictions and plexiglass shortages) within budget and in time for the hotel to open.
