• Established Project Scope

• Led Concept & Design Development process to ensure project efficiency: I closed this project after only 7 design iterations and a much higher than projected profit margin due to the time we saved in the design process.

• Managed client expectations effectively regarding process, lead times, allocated project hours and creative packages

• Vendor management: requested quotes from multiple suppliers, reviewed samples, and performed value engineering exercises to remain within budget / ensure approval from purchasing agents.
